Vanaf 1832 was de firma C. Keg succesvol in het verhandelen van producten uit de kolonies, het branden van koffie, het verpakken van thee en koffie, het verhandelen van petroleum, het exporteren van peulvruchten en in de detailhandel. De firma, gevestigd aan de Hogedijk 23 - 27 in Zaandam werd in het begin van de jaren '50 opgeheven.
The history of the company C. Keg started in 1832 and during the years they were successful traders, packers and producers. Coffee and tea were two of their main products. In the 1950s the company stopped and they sold the premises on the Hogedijk 23 - 27 (Zaandam) to Albert Heijn.
This beautiful container originates from the first half of the 20th century and is in an almost perfect condition. Evidently the stickers are removed. A perfect opportunity to buy a niece piece from the history of Zaandam.
Dit prachtige blik komt uit de eerste helft van de 20ste eeuw en is in een prima staat. Uiteraard zijn de stickers reeds verwijderd. Een goede kans om een leuk stukje Zaanse historie in huis te halen.
